The Rotary Club of Great Neck annually recognizes North Middle and South Middle students who demonstrate an exemplary level of community service and a commitment to “service above self.” Congratulations to this year's Rotary Youth Merit Award recipients: Paige Klein, Zoe Rios, and Sharon Shirazian from North Middle School, and Enkhjin Altankhuyag, Kala Jagoda, and Annabella Kang from South Middle School. Award winners were applauded by Rotary representatives, proud family members, school administrators and faculty during a ceremony. 

Middle School students from NMS, SMS, North Shore Hebrew Academy, and Silverstein Hebrew Academy were recognized this morning by the Rotary Club of Great Neck. The three NMS students recognized were Paige Klein, Zoe Rios, and Sharon Shirazian. These exceptional students were selected because of their "service above self," which is the Rotary Club's motto. Teachers and administrators from the four schools spoke on behalf of their students' accomplishments.
